Bedside tables were finally delivered to the store for our pick up Wednesday 4th February. We escalated our complaint to Sydney head office and were contacted by Melbourne escalated complaints call centre. Happy to finally receive the goods, but will never buy from Freedom again.

Fact . I ordered 4 bedside tables on 11/10/2019 with an estimated delivery into the store of 11/12/2019. It is now 24/01/2020 and still no bedside tables. Every week I get told I will be getting them next week , it’s just all lies. The ordering system is so Stuffed nothing works. The ladies in store are lovely but they can’t help, the warehouse won’t help and the 1300 number doesn’t help. Head office call me stop hiding behind your hands. Very disgruntled customer.

I purchased a recliner from Penrith store with delivery Time up to five weeks on the 6th January 2020.after seven weeks no delivery and no contact from freedom I phoned the store ,my i was directed to NEW dept that deals with deliveries.after 3 emails, the last one informing me that i COULD have delivery late April or early May.I cancelled order and got a refund.The staff at Penrith we’re pleasant, helpful. Freedom should be ashamed. Your staff are the ones having to deal with your incompetence

Hi Darinda On the bottom of the message I received from the state customer service headed by Donna .email freedom.nsw@***.com. At top of message NSW/ACT.

I was told this is a new dept to deal with ongoing delivery issues.

If this info doesn’t help, I contacted the store I purchased from. Marilyn

December 2019 I Put in a order for two hall tables, told a couple of weeks. After I never heard from them, I contacted the store only to be told mmmmm May 2020 WHAT? No explanation NO COMPENSATION! The manager was lovely BUT WHY IN 2020 do we have to tolerate such incompetences I PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR WHAT Freedom has my $1000.00 and I have an invoice

Bought a buffet in 2019. When it turned up was badly damaged. Bought a couch in November 2019. No idea where it is, kept being told 4-5 weeks. Finally told be delivered in May 2020. Now been told June 2020. Terrible service couldnt get hold of anyone. Do not buy from freedom.

They lie and have no clue when they will deliver

Ordered product 28/10 for pick up 20/11, still not available as at 27/2 nearly 18 weeks later. Have recorded 16 instances of either calling, emailing or visiting the store. When I leave messages for someone to call back, they don't. When I eventually speak to someone they say within the next 2 weeks. Customer service is appalling. I know they have a critical business system issue, but why am I having to constantly chase. They should have a team of customer service personal 7 days a week either calling, emailing or messaging their customers updating them.

Ordered my lounge dec11th 2019 was told it would arrive first wk Feb then early March went into the store last wk n was told it will arrive first wk of April now I see the store has closed n i wasn't informed like he said not happy where is my lounge freedom warrawong .

Have placed a substantial order with Freedom, and l feel like the ball in a ping pong match. There is constant handballing as to when (and if!) a delivery will be happening.Keep being passed from one to the other, but no one can give me an answer as to when l will get my fully paid goods. The staff at the store are fantastic! As for the after sales service and any sort of follow up from the head office? NON EXISTENT! Will not be shopping there again.

Still waiting news from freedom regarding our order we placed from Oct 2019. Weve been told theres 10 weeks wait and someone will call to arrange delivery and finalise payment closer to the date. Now its been 12 weeks+ since we placed the order. Went to the store on 18/01/2020 and the branch manager said someone will call in 5 days to arrange delivery. Its 09/02/2020 and still no phone call, no email. Called them yesterday, put on hold for 15mins, went to mailbox. Called again and same thing happen. Were beyond frustrated... not sure if I should go to the shop and waste my time and energy.
